You are NOT permitted to use any outside assistance or reference materials while taking the test. Doing so is a serious violation and may result in disqualification.

 

Technical Requirements:

 

During your test session if you CAN NOT see the entire question at the bottom of the screen, you will need to adjust your screen resolution – see Online Support for help.  Your screen resolution should be set to 1024×768

 

Pop-up Window Blocking has to be turned off or disabled.

 

If testing within a company you will need the ability to download files from the internet. If testing from home, you will need to update the version of java on your computer (www.java.com).
