Canada Human Resources Centre is committed to preserving the privacy of its clients and is committed at every level and in all aspects of the service it offers to provide a confidential service.

Information will be treated in the utmost confidence and will not be divulged to anyone outside the organization.

Canada Human Resources Centre will not discuss client’s file or release any information to a third party without a client’s permission.

No conversation about client’s confidential information will take place with anyone who does not work for the Canada Human Resources Centre either as a paid employee or as volunteer.

No personal information about a client will be given to any third party.

To ensure that clients information is not released to someone who does not have a right to it, Canada Human Resources Centre will have to verify their identity before releasing information from their file.

If you wish to allow someone within your company to act on your behalf, you will be required to provide us with their name (first and last) and their date of birth.

If at any time you want to remove their access to your file information, you will need to contact us immediately.

Client Records

Any written client records will be kept securely.

Any letters or printed online messages will be kept securely.

Data Analysis

Data will be collected to assist in planning, marketing and supervision.

Data collected will have the sole purpose of enabling us to evaluate and monitor the service we are offering and will not, under any circumstances contain confidential information.

Canada Human Resources Centre will keep careful notes of any occurrences and all action taken will be recorded.

Making the Confidentiality policy known

All staff will be given a copy of the policy when they join Canada Human Resources Centre. We will ensure that all staff is trained and able to give information about the Confidentiality Policy if asked.

This policy applies to all paid employees and volunteers of Canada Human Resources Centre. All new staff will be given training in its application we will take steps to ensure that existing staff understand its application. The policy will be reviewed annually.
